Laraib Atta, daughter of the renowned Siraiki singer Attaullah Khan Esakhelvi, becomes the first ever Pakistani to get nominated in Visual Effects Society Awards 2019! and its just a proud moment for Nation. Laraib Atta was nominated for the category of ‘Outstanding Compositing in a Photoreal Episode ’for TV Show “Altered Carbon”, in which she is working as one of the visual effects artists. Although Laraib could not bag the award but it is still a great achievement and proud moment to get nominated in such prestigious awards. The Visual Effects Society (VES) is a global professional honorary society and it is for the entertainment industry’s only, over 3,700 members in more than 35 countries across the globe contribute to all entertainment mediums including films, television, commercials, animation, music videos, games, and others.
