The UK Asian Film Festival’ 2018 (formerly London Asian Film Festival),this year marks the celebration of the 20th edition of a film festival. This festival, aims to celebrate achievements of women throughout the South Asian film industry, both in the UK and further afield. Well the news is that to grace the event this year, our very own industry Queen Mahira Khan, a internationally acclaimed star now. Mahira has been invited onboard as a chief guest for this festival and she will also have her film, Verna screened in Leicester on March 15, and in London at Regent Street Cinema on 16th March, after which she will participate in an interactive question and answer session with the audience.
