Sarish Khan, the former Miss Pakistan USA, who was also the heroine of Syed Noor’s Chain Aye Naa is the first for a Pakistani-American model who became the first Pakistani model to walk the ramp at the New York Fashion Week.Sarish confidently walked the ramp for Rocky Gathercole & Vaishali .”I’ve really been working out because it’s so hard to meet the requirements for New York fashion week. I had to train to get a perfect walk and body. But I’m so happy I represented Pakistan tonight,” shares the excited Sarish.
She further added, “It was really tough but anything worth achieving is worth the effort. Luckily I’ve been blessed with the height requirement of 5’10. But you’ve got to be so much more than a pretty face to be selected. It was a great experience, I’ve earned so much more respect for runway models,”
