1.Tame the control freak:
A lady knows how to do things and she knows the right way to do them but she never controls the people around her. For it’s a skill that’s set deep in them, they know how to make people do things without breathing on their necks. When you let people do things by guiding them and not controlling them, they like you for the autonomy they think they have!
2.Ooze politeness:
Never is a lady rude, nu-uh! It just doesn’t go with the job title. When a lady talks she is always polite and everything about her follows suit. So the next time you feel angry or really mean, touch up your make up. Looking at that beautiful face would surely make the anger shy away, and make up always makes us feel so much better, no?
3. two’s a pair, three’s a crowd:
It’s a very simple rule, “Never interfere.” A lady keeps her integrity at all cost and getting your delicate nose where is doesn’t belong is so déclassé!
Hence , learn ways to politely extricate yourself from such situations and stay happy! Oh and a trip to the powder room works wonders in avoiding such situations!
4.Breathe Manners:
A lady is so well mannered that the word “manners” is almost always a synonym to “lady”. A lady is not just polite and sensible, she is also very grateful to the blessings in her life. She manages to see the bright side of everything and also finds something to thank for even in a tight situation. That’s why everybody loves the ladies!
5.Make everybody comfortable:
Ladies! we all know how important this is, to make everybody feel comfortable around us. A Lady goes out of her way to accommodate everybody and makes sure nothing embarrassing or disagreeable happens in her watch.
6.Not just a pretty doll:
Although we all love make-up and know it’s utilitarian purposes, we all know that its not all there is to being a lady, knowing how things work and being independent is the most important thing. Its crucial that when the need arises you know how to fix something or change the tires, just saying.
7.Be graceful:
A very beautiful ability, lucky for you it can be learnt, though not easily (not so lucky then). A lady has a natural grace, a fluidity in the way she walks, talks and even holds up her head, not like most of us, you know? 😀 it takes hard work and dedication but if you put your mind to it this habit of a lady, is a gem to have, the eloquent way of talking, the delicate way to twitch your nose, so chic!
8.Dont be a loud mouth:
Ah yes! We always know which one of our friends to trust when it comes to our secrets and aren’t they the most ladylike of all? So that’s a give, a lady is trustworthy and she is wary of who she trusts and shares her secrets with. Not only that but even in any argument you would never see a lady open up the other’s secret’s or walk down memory lane to count all of the other times that happened.
These were just 8 habits that we found to be a constant in all the ladies around us and there are more! Even though its said that a lady is not born but it’s the upbringing and mannerisms that make her one, these days when you can learn to cook and all else on the internet, why not this?
