Peshawar Zalmi Team introducing with great pleasure and delight Dr. Zafar as their Medical Advisor. Dr Iqbal has served the Liverpool Football Club as their team Doctor and he is currently the Head of Sports Medicine at Crystal Palace Football Club.
Dr. Zafar Iqbal will advise both Peshawar Zalmi as well as Benoni Zalmi cricket teams on sports medicine and he will also collaborate to work with the Peshawar Zalmi Foundation on youth development and physical fitness awareness projects as he himself is very passionate about it. Mr Javed Afridi, the Chairman of the Zalmi group welcomes Mr. Zafar Iqbal to the Zalmi family and he hopes that Dr Iqbal’s efforts and advises will add immense value to the quality of sporting talent which Zalmi platforms are busy in producing.
