In the start of the week, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) had arranged an amnesty scheme awareness session in which Pakistani showbiz artists were directed to declare their assets.The session was held at Karachi’s regional tax office where the officials shared the advantages of the amnesty scheme, its procedure, the rate of tax and fines. In-Land Revenue Chief Commissioner Badaruddin Ahmed Qureshi said that models, film and TV artistes will face disciplinary action if they hide their assets. The session was attended by models and TV artists including Nadia Hussain, Urwa Hocane, Farhan Saeed, Neelam Muneer, Zeba Shehnaz and many others.
