In order to support local cinema and Pakistani films releasing on this Eid ul Fitar, the Government of Pakistan has imposed a ban on screening the Indian films in Pakistani cinema on this eid. According to the press release shared by the Government of Pakistan, no Indian film is to be released in the country, 2 days before and 2 weeks after the Eid days.“All the importers/ distributors of the foreign films have been directed to restrain from the screening of Indian films in cinema houses all over the country during the above mentioned time period,” states the letter shared.In lieu of the government orders and the temporary ban, the release of the Salman Khan starrer Race 3 (June 15th worldwide) and Ranbir Kapoor starrer, Sanjay Dutt biopic Sanju will get highly effected. Both movies will perhaps release together in Pakistani by the end of June. We have in total 3 films releasing on this eid 7 Sath Din Muhabbat In, Wajood and Azaadi as Parwaaz Hai Junoon has pulled itself out from this race, it is now releasing on Eid ul Adha.
