Nation today is celebrating Defence Day along with with the armed forces are celebrating the Defence Day of Pakistan today with a renewed pledge to always keep safeguarding the geographical, ideological boundaries and territorial integrity of the motherland against all  the foreign and internal threats. Today at GHQ a grand main ceremony  to celebrate Defence Day  and acknowlege the sacrifices of our soldiers and Martyrs is happening at military General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi and Prime Minsister Imran khan is attending this ceremony along with Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Opposition leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardri, Defence Minister Pervaiz Khattak, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Information Minister Fawad Chaurhdy and other senior civilian and military leaders along with artists and people from other walks of life.
