Well after Indian Manto being banned in Pakistan, many celebrities including maker of Pakistani version of Manto Sarmad Khoosat have urged Pakistani authorities to allow the Indian version of Manto film’s release in Pakistan. Since the tension between the two countries even Zee Films having bought the rights to his movie, it never got released. Well Now Sarmad has decided to take the matters into his own hands and he has tweeted his demand saying that he wanted a digital release of Manto so that the film will be available worldwide and this what that classy flick deserves to be.
Absolutely NOT!❤️ much love for u @nanditadas and @Nawazuddin_S …. unfortunately I’ll have to watch it on Netflix and I must admit I am equally nervous and excited. Sarhad say azaad hai yeh pyar. Manto Zindabad. https://t.co/7fSqn0iFO4
