Sign #1: Blurred Vision

Blurry vision is one of the major symptoms of dehydration. This usually happens because when your body does not have enough fluids, your eyes become dry and that results in a blurry vision.

Sign #2: Sugar Cravings

Yes it’s true! Sugar cravings don’t just happen because of PMS, but lack of water and fluid intakes also results in sugar cravings. So the next time you feel like eating a whole bag of chocolate chips, try drinking a glass of water instead and see if the craving goes away.

Sign #3: Lack of Energy

Well, this is an obvious one but important nonetheless! Lack of water intake causes your body’s blood pressure to drop, which results in your inability to do things like you normally would.

Sign #4: Bad Breath

Ahan, not flossing or brushing your teeth is not the cause here rather dehydration is.  This usually happens because lack of water minimizes your saliva production which results in bad breath.

Sign #5: Your Mood

Being dehydrated causes you to become more irritable, easily angered, fatigue and many mood changes.

No we are not referring to the Johnson’s Baby shampoo but a major symptom of dehydration. When you are crying but no tears are coming out, that is a major sign that your body is dehydrated and you need medical attention.

Sign #7: Headaches

It’s always assumed that stress is the cause of that headache you have been having, but while that may be true on occasions, chances are that it could also be a result of you being dehydrated.

Sign #8: The Cramps

No we are not talking about that time of the month, but muscle cramps that occur when you are dehydrated.
